When working with our clients on customised programs Proed College is focuses on the foundations of the competencies selected in order to address the content and the working environment outcomes. These three key elements are:

Functions	The functions which the learner must undertake as part of their role.
Tasks	Tasks involved in their role and how they should be performed.
Work Readiness	Work readiness of the learner upon completion of training. Identifies what the learner should be able to do at the completion of training.

Consulting

Some clients just need a helping hand and some comfort that they are on the right track.

We offer to work with organisation's through the four critical stages of program development. The first two hours of this service are free and we then charge an hourly rate.
