Career History

Allison started her career in New Zealand with the Government Insurance Office and moved to Australia in 1980 where she became a general insurance broker with the now Marsh Group of companies. She worked on a variety of commercial and industrial accounts including large multi-national organisations whose risks were at time most complex.

In 1991 Allison was appointed as a consultant to Quotel Pty Ltd and was involved in development a general insurance quotation system. She repeated this activity with Action Quote.

In late 1992 Allison was approached to join a premium funding company to develop finance premium with general insurance brokers and their clients. The role covered training, implementation, client maintenance and high level premium funding with her portfolio of intermediaries. By October 2000, Allison had AUD$15m under premium funding.

Allison has been a Senior Consultant with FinServ Consulting Pty Ltd where she has developed considerable expertise in organisational compliance as well as developing specific models for monitoring Authorised Representatives networks. She is highly regarded for her knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Current Responsibilities

Allison is the facilitator for Proed College and continues to provide consultancy services to the financial services industry.
